The Executive Board
Due to the organisation structure the Executive Board manages the association’s business affairs. The Executive Board is selected by all association members at the General Assembly.
The close cooperation between Executive Board and Management to organise the association’s business affairs shows in particular in the following:
- The Executive Board manages the association’s business affairs.
- The Executive Board is supported by the Management in handling their tasks.
- The Executive Board delegates the operational processes completely to the Management, which underlies regular monitoring.
Centres of excellence
The centres of excellence and working groups of InfAI conduct primarily external funded projects and carry out project orders of regional companies and national organisations in constant comparison with the current status of scientific-technical debates.
