The Chair of Application Systems in Business and Administration is part of the Information Systems Institute of the University of Leipzig.Our research aims to design operational and analytical applications systems for the communication between customer and provider. Current projects are social customer relationship management, in-memory computing in supply chain management and new technologies for the interaction between bank and customer.
